This issue is dedicated to the memory of Vivian Windham, who passed away suddenly in the Spring of 2021. Vivian was a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and first-year law student at the Duncan School of Law. Though her time at our school was brief, Vivian leaves behind a lasting impression. Vivian spent her fall semester co-founding a chapter of the National Guild of Lawyers, actively participating in the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and throwing herself into the study of law. The Duncan School of Law mourns the loss of Vivian and her passion for advocacy. We extend our sympathy to her entire family.
